Who We Are

KOY initiates, conceptualises and executes National large scale long term turnkey projects.

Our Vision

We aim to create a positive impact on the economy resulting in the development of a middle class.

Our Process

Our accumulated experience as a collective initiates a think tank approach to solve DRC's complex challenges.

KOY's corporate approach at a glance

KOY's team reviews all key initiatives from a long term and short term economical impact. The main goal is to create projects that won't just have a ripple effect in the next 10 years of reshaping the economical landscape of the DRC but also to be innovative tectonic plate shifters and industry disturbances/disruptions across the board.

Identify the Opportunity

The DRC's complex labyrinth proves to be a mammoth task when trying to identify what is of urgency, when in actual fact all matters are urgent. We therefore compute a methodology that emulates solving conjoined problems thus not only do we develop various sectors simultaneously but we also create new jobs across different professions.

Leverage on Intel and Access

Being that eighty-five percent of our senior corporate workforce are of Congolese decent this gives us a better peripheral view of the composition of DRC's assets. This encompassed with our political heritage and current standing allows us to not only have access but also to leverage on our insight which is second to none.

Collaborate with the Ideal partner

The world has become an interconnected global village where networking is considered as a thing of the past, now we just count the degrees of separation. Corporate service providers have understood that not only is their online footprint kept pristine but their service delivery is reflected on their customer satisfaction ratings presented through referrals. We at KOY are able to swift through the noise and identify key players that fulfil our refined approach.

Develop a sustainable business model

It requires for a multitude of professions to get together and review what the problem is and what are the best ways of solving them. These may require even collaborations from numerous enterprises whom complement each other towards a common goal. At KOY we believe in creating sustainable business models with partners that are open to collaboration and development for the greater good.

Raise the finance

There is a misconception about Africa that we are not able to stand on our own and accumulate financial resources within our borders. KOY's initial fund-raising takes place locally with partners that have the same vision as we do of developing the DRC. The second round fund-raising happens with institutions who take calculated risk because they have the experience and the will to undertake such projects.

Initiate the Project

With a clear consensus from all parties involved, be it the private or public sector related, we put meticulous care in assessing the agreements so the people of the DRC are always put first. The development of the DRC will be a mutually beneficial accomplishment for the continent and the world as it is the center piece of the puzzle that connects us all.

What others have said about the DRC.

There are many individuals as well as institutions who show vested interest in the status quo of the DRC, we would like to shine a light on their positive statements on our dedication wall.

DRC's Economic Growth

I had a constructive meeting with President Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi of #DRC. I congratulated him on the first peaceful transfer of power in #DRC. We discussed recent political and economic developments in the country, and policies to boost strong and inclusive growth.
